Les Mills Bodypump

30 min. & 45 min.

BODYPUMP, a total body workout that will burn calories, shape and tone your entire body, increase core strength and improve bone health. BODYPUMP is available as either a 45 or 30-minute workout. World leading Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own!

Les Mills Core

30 min. & 45 min.

Inspired by elite athletic training principles, LES MILLS CORE™️ is a scientific core workout for incredible core tone and sports performance. You build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything you do.

“All the moves in LES MILLS CORE have options, so it’s challenging but achievable whatever your level of fitness. During the workout, trained Instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as bodyweight exercises like crunches, and hovers. Plus there are some hip, butt and lower back exercises too.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is the practice of physical yoga postures. These classes guide you through movements that develop strength, flexibility, and the connection between body, mind & breath. Deepen your understanding of the postures & basic alignment in the body, breathing, and relaxation techniques. These classes are designed for mixed-level participants – All Levels Welcome.

Les Mills Grit HIIT Class

35-45 min.

High. Intensity. Interval. Training is a type of workout designed to increase your heart rate through short bursts of intense movements. We include a variety of exercises to keep workouts enjoyable and functional for everyone. If you’re looking for a quick and efficient way to lose weight and build a healthier heart, HIIT may be the perfect class for you!

Functional Strength

40-50 min.

Functional fitness training is a type of workout that prepares your body for daily activities. These classes include exercises to help you bend, twist, push, and pull better than you ever have before. If you want to perform daily tasks easier each day, functional strength could be the right class for you!

Boot Camp

40-50 min.

Our version of boot camp classes gives you a mixture of HIIT style workouts paired with functional strength. You get the best of both worlds in high intensity cardio and strength training.

Cardio Kickboxing

40-50 min.

Our cardio kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.

Orientation

Allow one of our fitness specialists to show you the equipment and classes we offer at the Rec Center. It will be a brief overview on how each of our machines work and proper technique when using equipment. We want to help everyone in their fitness journey, whether you’re just starting or have been a gym enthusiast for years!
