    Wisteria is Nemacolin’s way of showing our appreciation to our associates. This neighborhood contains housing, shopping, dining, a rec center, and regularly scheduled events. As a member of Team Nemacolin, you’ll enjoy exclusive amenities and complimentary transportation to and from work for all associates living in resort housing. Take a tip from our guests, and make yourself at home.

    Wisteria's homes provide an additional option to Nemacolin's associate housing offerings, which include patio homes, private apartments, split apartments, co-living apartments, and more. Availability is limited, but don't worry. All members of Team Nemacolin enjoy full access to Wisteria's amenities.

    • Patio homes are private, two-bedroom accommodations with two bathrooms and new appliances.

    • Private apartments are two-bedroom accommodations with one and a half bathrooms.

    • Split apartments are two-bedroom accommodations with one and a half bathrooms and shared living spaces.

    • Co-living apartments come fully furnished and feature shared rooms and living spaces.
