Take advantage of athletic equipment to work out however you choose, or sign up for private personal training sessions or group fitness classes for guided instruction alongside your colleagues. Best of all, The Rec Center is exclusive to Team Nemacolin, so you can work up a proper sweat without worrying about strangers judging your form.
